My family has now used the exceptional service provided by Mahwah tree for the third time. I was prompted to write this review due to the fact that my mother who is elderly and lives alone needed emergency tree removal after a snowstorm. Mahwah tree service had previously done work for my parents as well as myself and when I called them after business hours my call was returned 7:30 the next day, not only did Chris, one of the owners, remember me from 5 years earlier, he remembered my father as well. Chris made an appointment and was at the house the same day. Professional, polite and very respectful of my mother and the fact she was a recent widow and very nervous. Chris answered all the questions and described exactly what would be done.

Tim, Chris, and his crew are all fantastic. We are getting some landscaping done and needed to have several trees removed as well as basic branch elevation along the driveway and some pruning. Tim came 2 weeks ago, gave a very reasonable estimate (I was prepared to negotiate but after seeing the price I knew he was more than fair). They just came today, were in and out in less than 4 hours — did a great job, in addition to a few things that weren’t even on the estimate and did those without any question or any extra charge. They cleaned up afterwards just as well as our landscaper does. Highly recommend!
